OSHA has cited Houston-based company Sonny Steel Erectors Inc. for a serious violation, a willful violation, and a repeat violation, proposing $266,416 in penalties. Workers were found without proper fall protection during a February 2023 project. Previous citations for similar issues were issued in 2019 and 2020.
